 3D Computer games such as Call of Duty and GTA are created using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max. They are used for games consoles such as XBOX and Play Stations.

Web browser games(flash games) are created using software such as Adobe Flash. They are 2D games that appear on web pages such as Google.

Mobile phone game apps are created using a programming language such as Java.

Magazine/news paper layouts are created using software such as Adobe InDesign.
